Looking out to Sea - SoundPedro 2019

One-night installation of an archway and partial screen receiving a project collage. The projected image is a kaleidoscopic mix-up of people photographed while looking out to sea along Paseo Del Mar in San Pedro, CA. What were they looking for/at?

Wooden archway, white velvet, rope, plaster, dry pigments, latex paint.

This installation was accompanied by a soundscape collage of slowed down steel guitars and poems about the sea.
